Deleting the account 

You can delete your data and your account. To do so, open the app and go to “My preferences” => “Delete my account”. You will be able to request a download of your data.

Consider the consequences of deleting your account

You will lose all the data and contents of this account. You will no longer be able to use Comunicare’s services to receive information from your caregivers or transmit data to them.

Before deleting your account, you also can :

• Inform your caregivers of your wish to delete your Comunicare account.

• Download your data from the “My trackers” menu.
